Workout Log: Gym Tracker for Sets, Reps, Weights and Personal Bests

Progress in the gym comes from doing a little more than last time, and that means knowing what you did last time. Log each exercise with sets, reps and weight, or minutes for running, cycling and yoga. The log shows what you did on that exercise last time as you type, celebrates new best weights, estimates your one-rep max and tracks your weekly volume and workout streak.

How to log a workout

  1. Type or pick the exercise; your last result for it appears below.
  2. Enter sets, reps and weight (0 for body weight), or minutes for cardio, and press Save.
  3. Use ↻ on an earlier entry to repeat it quickly with the same numbers.
  4. Check Personal bests to see your top weight and estimated one-rep max for each lift.

Good to know

  • Volume is sets × reps × weight. Rising weekly volume usually means you are getting stronger.
  • The one-rep max is estimated with the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). Do not test a true max without a spotter.
  • Your streak counts days in a row with at least one exercise, up to today or yesterday.
  • Use the note for how it felt, pain, or what to change next time.

Questions

Where is my data saved?

Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.

Can I log home workouts without weights?

Yes. Type 0 for weight for push-ups, squats or planks, and use minutes for yoga, walking or skipping.

Can I plan a routine?

Use ↻ on last week’s entries to repeat a routine quickly. A full planner may come later.

Does it count calories?

No. Calorie estimates vary a lot by person; this log focuses on what you can measure: sets, reps, weight and time.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
