A stock register for small shops, godowns, home businesses and store rooms. Add each item once with its unit and an alert level, then write down every stock in and stock out. The register always shows how much is left, what it is worth and which items are running low, so you reorder on time instead of finding an empty shelf.

- Open “Add a new item”, type the name, unit (bag, kg, box, pcs), opening stock and the level at which you want an alert.
- When goods arrive, choose the item, keep “Stock in” selected, type the quantity and press Save entry.
- When goods are sold or used, choose “Stock out” instead. The balance updates at once.
- Tap “Low stock” to see only the items at or below their alert level, and download the list as CSV for your supplier or accountant.
Good to know
- Add a cost per unit to see the total value of the stock you are holding: useful for insurance and year-end accounts.
- Write the bill number or customer name in the note so you can trace every movement later.
- Take out more than is in stock and the tool asks first, which catches typing mistakes like 100 instead of 10.
- Count the real stock once a month. If it differs, add a stock in or out entry with the note “Physical count” to match.

Where is my data saved?
Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.
Can it handle many items?
Yes. Hundreds of items and thousands of entries are fine, because everything is stored in your browser’s own database. Use the search box to find an item quickly.
Does it do billing or GST?
No, this is only the stock book. Use the Invoice Generator for bills and the GST tools for tax; keep their numbers in the stock note to link them.
What does the low-stock alert mean?
When an item’s balance falls to or below the level you set, it moves to the top of the list with a ⚠️ mark and is counted in the Low stock box.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
