The classic sliding puzzle: tiles are mixed up in a frame with one empty space, and you slide them back into order. Start with the quick 3 × 3 (eight tiles), move up to the famous 4 × 4 with fifteen tiles, or challenge yourself with 6 × 6. Use your own photo to turn a family picture into a puzzle; it never leaves your device.

Questions
Can every shuffle be solved?
Yes. Exactly half of all possible mix-ups can never be solved, so each shuffle is tested with the standard parity rule before you see it.
How do I solve a sliding puzzle?
Solve the top row first, then the second row, and so on until two rows are left. Finish those column by column from the left. Placing the last two tiles of a row needs a small loop: move them in as a pair.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The picture is cut into tiles inside your browser and is never sent anywhere.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
