At a wedding, griha pravesh, birthday or any function, envelopes and gifts arrive faster than anyone can remember. Make an event, then type each name, relation or place, the cash and any gift item, pressing Enter after each. Totals add up as you go. Later, when you attend their function, look the person up to see exactly what they gave you and what you have given them before.

- Create an event: choose “Our function” for gifts you received, or “Someone else’s” for what you gave.
- For each envelope or gift, type the name, relation or place, cash and item, then press Enter.
- Watch the total and number of entries at the top; print the full list when you are done.
- Before going to someone’s function, open “Look up a person” and type their name.
Good to know
- Names are matched without caring about capitals or extra spaces, so “Sharma Ji” and “sharma ji” are the same person.
- Add the village, city or relation so two people with the same name stay apart (for example “Ramesh · Mama ji”).
- Ask one family member to read the envelopes while another types: a hundred entries take a few minutes.
- Print the list or save it as PDF and keep it with the wedding album.

Where is my data saved?
Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.
Can I record gifts without cash?
Yes. Leave the cash empty and write the gift item, such as “Dinner set” or “Silver coin”.
Why does it show what I gave them?
Many families return shagun in a similar amount. Looking up a person shows both sides from all your events.
Can several events be kept?
Yes, as many as you like: weddings, birthdays, naming ceremonies and anything else, each with its own list and total.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
