Paying shop staff, domestic help, drivers or workers means remembering absences, advances taken mid-month, bonuses and what was already paid. This register does that sum for you. Add each person with a monthly salary or daily wage, note the days absent and every advance or payment, and see exactly how much is still to pay. Print a clean salary slip for each month.

- Open “Add staff”, enter the name, choose monthly salary or daily wage, and the amount.
- Tap a name, choose the month, and type the days absent.
- Record each advance, bonus or overtime, deduction and salary payment with its date.
- Read the balance to pay, then press Salary slip to print it or save it as PDF.
Good to know
- Monthly salary is shared out by calendar days: in a 30-day month, 3 days absent on ₹30,000 earns ₹27,000.
- An advance is deducted in the month it was given. If you want to recover it over several months, enter part of it as a deduction each month instead.
- Daily wage staff earn the wage for every day in the month that is not marked absent.
- Set your business name under ⚙️ so it appears on the salary slips.

Where is my data saved?
Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Does it follow labour law or PF / ESI rules?
No. It is a simple record of what you agreed and paid. For PF, ESI, professional tax or TDS, follow the rules that apply to you or ask your accountant.
Can I see past months?
Yes. Change the month at the top and every figure, entry and slip shows that month.
What if I paid more than the balance?
The staff member shows as “Overpaid”, so you can adjust it next month with a deduction.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
