Pick Mixed or one kind (easy, tricky, maths, logic or brain teasers) and a time limit of 15, 30 or 60 seconds per riddle, or no timer at all. A right answer scores 100 points plus up to 50 bonus points for speed. After each answer you see the explanation, and at the end your score, time and whether you beat your best. All riddles come from our own collection of more than 180.

Where do the riddles come from?
We wrote them ourselves for this site, with their hints and explanations. You will not find this exact set anywhere else, and new ones are added from time to time.
How is the score worked out?
Each right answer gives 100 points, plus a speed bonus of up to 50 points that shrinks as the clock runs down. With no timer, every right answer is worth 100.
Can I play with friends?
Yes: take turns on the same phone, or each play the same kind of quiz and compare scores. Choose “No timer” to read the riddles aloud to a group.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, on this device only. The riddles you solve are remembered in your browser, so you can come back and continue. Nothing is uploaded and there is no sign-up.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
