Puzzles for your eyes. Each round has ten pictures of four kinds. Spot the one emoji that is slightly different in a grid of look-alikes. Find the only picture that appears twice. Count how many of an object are hidden in a busy grid. Choose what comes next in a pattern. The pictures are made on your device every time, so there is always a new round. Easy, Medium and Hard change the size of the grids. You score a point for each puzzle solved on the first try.
loading toolHow to play picture riddles
- Choose Easy, Medium or Hard.
- Read the question above each picture: odd one, pair, count or what comes next.
- Tap your answer. Green means right; red means try again.
- After ten pictures see your score and time, and play again for a new set.
Good to know
- Scan in rows, left to right, instead of jumping around.
- For the odd one out, look at small details: eyes, colour, a missing line.
- On phones, Hard grids are 7 × 7: zoom in if the pictures feel small.
Questions
How are the puzzles made?
Your browser builds each one at random from emoji (with a secure random generator), and checks that there is exactly one right answer: one odd picture, one pair, the true count, one correct next item.
Is it good for children?
Yes, from about 5 years old on Easy. It trains attention, visual memory and pattern spotting. Adults usually prefer Hard.
What happens if I tap the wrong picture?
It turns red and you can try again. After three wrong tries the answer is shown and the round moves on. Only first-try answers score a point.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
