Will tables and columns come out perfectly?
Simple documents convert very well. Multi-column magazines and complex tables are rebuilt as plain paragraphs, so they may need some tidying. No converter is perfect with those.
What happens to scanned pages?
A scan has no text to rebuild, so the page is placed as a picture. Run Make Scanned PDF Searchable (OCR) first, then convert.
Is my document uploaded to a converter server?
No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser.
My PDF says it is password-protected. What now?
If you know the password, open it with our Remove PDF Password tool first, then come back. We cannot (and will not) break passwords you do not have.
Is my data private?
