Online Screen Recorder: Record Your Screen with Sound (No Install)

Make a tutorial, record a bug, save an online class or show someone how to do something. Choose your whole screen, one window or a single browser tab, add the tab’s sound and your microphone, and record without watermarks or time limits. Preview the video and download it when you stop.

How to record your screen

  1. Tick the sound options you want and press Start screen recording.
  2. Choose the screen, window or tab to share.
  3. Press Stop (or the browser’s Stop sharing), preview the video and download it.

Good to know

  • Sharing one tab gives the cleanest sound and hides your other windows.
  • Recordings are WebM in most browsers; use a video converter if you need MP4.

Questions

Are my recordings uploaded?

No. They are made and kept inside your browser on this device, and disappear when you close the page unless you download them.

Can I record on my phone?

Phones and tablets do not let websites record the screen. Use the screen recorder built into Android (quick settings) or iPhone (Control Centre) instead.

Why is there no sound?

When choosing what to share, tick “Share audio” (Chrome and Edge offer it for tabs and, on Windows, the whole screen). macOS only allows tab audio. Tick “My microphone” to add your voice.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
