Learn to write numbers by tracing them with a finger, stylus or mouse. Each number from 0 to 20 appears large and dotted, with the same number of apples underneath so children connect the written number with its amount. Press Check to get one to three stars for covering the number neatly. The same practice works for Hindi (०–९), Punjabi Gurmukhi (੦–੯) and Arabic (٠–٩) digits.

Questions
How does the tool know if I traced well?
It compares the ink with the shape of the number: how much of it is covered and how much ink stayed near the dotted lines.
Why are there pictures under the number?
Seeing 7 next to seven apples links the symbol with the quantity, which is what the number really means.
Can I print number tracing sheets?
Yes: open Printable Worksheets and choose Number tracing.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. There is no chat, no sign-up and nothing to buy inside the activity. Nothing a child taps or types is sent anywhere. Like the rest of the site it shows a few ads around the page (never inside the activity), so younger children are best supervised.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
