My Data: Back Up and Restore Every Infinity Tool’s Saved Records in One File

Infinity’s record tools keep everything on your device instead of on a server: the money manager, khata, invoices, registers, logs, diary and more. This page shows them all in one place, how many records each holds and how much space they use. One button saves every tool’s data into a single backup file, and one button brings it back, whether after clearing your browser or on a new phone.

How to back up all your data

  1. Open this page on the device that has your records: it lists each tool with saved data.
  2. Press “Back up everything” and keep the file somewhere safe: Google Drive, email to yourself or a pen drive.
  3. On a new device or after clearing data, press “Restore a backup” and choose the file.
  4. Use ⬇ next to a tool to back up just that one, or ✕ to delete its data from this device.

Good to know

  • The backup includes photos and files saved inside tools, and your settings such as currency and favourites.
  • Restoring replaces the data of the tools inside the backup; tools not in the file are left as they are.
  • Single-tool backups made with each tool’s own Backup button can be restored here too.
  • Diary entries stay encrypted in the backup and still need your diary password.

Questions

Where is my data saved?

Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.

Why is my data not in the cloud?

Keeping records on your device means nobody else can read, sell or lose them, and the tools work offline. The trade-off is that you keep the backup, which this page makes a one-click job.

Will my data disappear by itself?

Browsers keep it unless you clear site data, use private browsing, or the device runs very low on space. Press “Ask the browser to keep my data” and back up regularly to be safe.

Is the backup file private?

It holds your records as plain data (except the encrypted diary), so treat it like any personal document and store it somewhere only you can reach.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
