Meditation Timer With Bell: Start, Interval and End Bells

Sit without checking the clock. Set how long you want to meditate, and a soft singing-bowl bell starts your session, can ring at intervals to bring you back, and rings three times at the end. A short settling-in countdown gives you time to get comfortable first. Your sessions, total minutes and daily streak are kept on this device to encourage a regular practice.

Questions

How long should a beginner meditate?

Start with 5 to 10 minutes a day. A short daily sit builds the habit better than a long one now and then. Increase slowly when it feels easy.

What are interval bells for?

A gentle bell every few minutes is a reminder to notice whether your mind has wandered and to come back to your breath or chosen focus, without opening your eyes.

Do I need to keep the page open?

Yes. The bells are played by the page, so keep it open and the screen unlocked. The tool asks your phone to keep the screen awake while you sit.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
