When you or your parents take several medicines at different times, it is easy to miss a dose or take one twice. Put each medicine here with its dose, times and how to take it. The day view lists every dose in order, you tick each one as it is taken, and a late dose stands out. Reminders can go straight into your phone’s calendar so they ring even when this page is closed.

- Add each medicine: name, dose, times (like 08:00, 20:00), before or after food, start and last day.
- Each day, open the tool and press Taken as you take each dose.
- Press “Add reminders to phone calendar” once and open the file: your calendar app will alert you at every dose time.
- Check “Last 7 days” to see how regularly the doses were taken.
Good to know
- Times are in 24-hour format: 8 pm is 20:00. You can type 8 or 8.30 and it is understood.
- Choose “Alternate days” for medicines taken every other day.
- Set a last day for a short course (like antibiotics) so it drops off the list by itself.
- Caring for a parent? Keep their schedule on your phone and tick doses when they confirm.

Where is my data saved?
Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.
Will it remind me if the page is closed?
The calendar file does: it adds a repeating event for each dose with an alert. The on-screen reminder button only works while this page is open.
Can I change a medicine?
Remove it and add it again with the new dose or times. Your past ticks stay in the history.
Is this medical advice?
No. It only reminds you of the schedule you enter. Follow your doctor’s prescription and ask your doctor or pharmacist before changing anything.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
