Questions

How do I use the letterhead in Word?

Download the Word (.doc) file and open it. The heading and footer are already in place: type your letter in the empty space between them, then save it as a normal Word document or PDF.

What size is the business card?

3.5 × 2 inches (89 × 51 mm), the common size in India, the US and many other countries, made at 1050 × 600 pixels so it prints sharply at 300 dpi. “Print 10 on A4” lays out ten cards with dashed cutting guides.

Can I put my GST number on the letterhead?

Yes. Type it in the registration box, for example “GSTIN: 03ABCDE1234F1Z5”. It appears in the footer of the letterhead and on the card in the Band style.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
