Kitty Party and Committee (BC) Tracker with Fair Lucky Draw

Running a kitty party or a committee (BC) means tracking every member’s monthly contribution, the pot and who has already taken it. This tracker keeps it all in one place for the organiser. Add the members and the monthly amount, tick off payments as they arrive, and when the time comes, run a fair lucky draw among those who have not won yet, or note the winner chosen by bidding.

How to run a kitty or committee

1. Create a kitty: name, amount each member pays per month, first month and member names one per line.
2. Each month, tap “Mark paid” as members pay. The pot, collected amount and pending count update.
3. Press “Fair lucky draw” to pick the winner, or choose the winner by bid from the list.
4. Share the month’s status on WhatsApp so everyone sees who has paid and who won.

Good to know

• There is one round per member: a 10-member kitty runs 10 months, and everyone takes the pot once.
• The draw uses your device’s secure random numbers and never picks someone who has already won.
• For a bidding committee, choose the winner from the menu instead of using the draw.
• Organisers can keep several kitties at once and switch between them at the top.

Where is my data saved?

Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.

Is this a chit fund service?

No. It is only a notebook for a group you already run. Registered chit funds have their own laws; informal committees carry risk, so only join people you trust.

How is the pot worked out?

Monthly amount × number of members. With 10 members paying ₹2,000, the pot is ₹20,000 each month.

Can members see it on their phones?

Share the status on WhatsApp after each meeting. The records themselves stay on the organiser’s device.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
