Questions

Will my photo lose quality?

PNG keeps every pixel. JPG and WebP are saved at high quality (about 90%), which looks the same to the eye. Making a photo bigger than its original cannot add real detail.

What does “keep proportions” do?

It stops the photo from looking stretched. If you give both width and height, the photo is fitted inside that box. Untick it to force an exact size.

How do I resize for a print size?

Choose Print size, type the width and height in cm, mm or inches and pick 300 DPI for photo prints. A 10 × 15 cm print at 300 DPI needs 1181 × 1772 pixels.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
