Questions
How many pictures can I use?
As many as you like. Each picture becomes a frame, so 10 frames at 480 px usually makes a GIF of 1–3 MB.
How do I make the GIF smaller?
Choose a smaller size, fewer colours (128 or 64), or fewer pictures. Photos with lots of detail make bigger GIFs than flat graphics.
Why do colours look a little grainy?
GIF can only hold 256 colours per frame, so smooth gradients get slightly speckled. That is normal for the GIF format.
Is my data private?
