Excel to PDF Converter: XLSX, XLS, ODS and CSV to Printable PDF

Spreadsheets are hard to read on a phone and awkward to print. Choose an Excel, ODS or CSV file, tick the sheets you want, and get tidy PDF pages: columns fitted to the width, the first row repeated as a header on every page, numbers aligned right, and page numbers. Hindi and other scripts print correctly too.

Questions

My sheet is very wide. What happens?

With “Fit all columns” ticked, everything is shrunk to fit the width. Untick it to keep normal size and continue extra columns on following pages.

Are formulas kept?

The PDF shows the values exactly as the spreadsheet displays them. Formulas, filters and colours are not carried over.

Can I select text in the PDF?

Each page is a sharp picture so every language prints correctly, which means text cannot be selected. Use our OCR tool if you need it searchable.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Is it free?

Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
