Questions
Why is there no sound?
Sounds use the speech voices built into your phone or computer. Turn the volume up and check silent mode. If one language stays silent, your device has no voice for it yet: on Android add it in Settings → Text-to-speech, on iPhone in Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices, on Windows in Settings → Time & language → Speech.
Why are the seasons different in Australia?
When the northern half of the Earth is tilted towards the Sun it is summer there and winter in the southern half, so Christmas in Australia is in summer.
What are the six seasons of India?
Vasant (spring), Grishma (summer), Varsha (monsoon), Sharad (autumn), Hemant (pre-winter) and Shishir (winter), about two months each in the traditional Hindu calendar.
How do I know if a year is a leap year?
Most years divisible by 4 are leap years, with 29 days in February. Century years count only if divisible by 400, so 2000 was a leap year but 2100 will not be.
