- Open ➕ Add, enter the name, mobile, city, stage and the next follow-up date, then save.
- Each day open ⏰ Follow-ups: it lists everyone due today or earlier.
- Tap a name to call, WhatsApp or email them, then add a note and set the next date (or mark done).

Good to know
- Stages help you sort: New lead, Talking, Customer and Not now. Not now customers never show in follow-ups.
- Import an existing list from Excel by saving it as CSV with columns like Name, Phone, Email and City.
- Short notes such as “wants quote for 50 pcs by Friday” make the next call much easier.
- Your list is private: it is never uploaded, so it is not shared with any company.
Questions
Where is my data saved?
Only in this browser on this device, the way a chat app keeps chats on your phone. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Backup to save a copy as a file (Restore brings it back, even on another phone or computer), and back up before clearing your browser data. The My Data tool backs up every record tool in one go.
Can I import my phone contacts?
Export the contacts you want from your phone or Google Contacts as a CSV file and use Import CSV. Only the people you choose are added.
Is there a limit on customers?
No fixed limit. Thousands of customers with notes fit easily in your browser’s storage.
Can my team share it?
Each browser keeps its own book. Share by sending a Backup file that the other person restores, keeping in mind a restore replaces their copy.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
