Never forget a bill, birthday, medicine or meeting again. Type what to remember, pick the date and time, choose whether it repeats (every day, weekday, week, month or year) and when to be alerted. Then add it with one tap: straight to Google Calendar, to Apple Calendar on iPhone, iPad and Mac with an .ics file (which also works in Outlook and most Android calendar apps), or to Outlook.com. For a phone alarm or a task in Apple Reminders or Google Tasks, the tool writes the exact sentence to say to Siri or Google Assistant. Share the reminder on WhatsApp so family can add it too.
loading toolHow to set a calendar reminder
- Type what to remember, or tap a preset (Birthday, Bill due, Medicine, Meeting).
- Choose the date, time (or All day), time zone and how often it repeats.
- Pick one or two alerts.
- Press Add to Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar / iPhone (.ics), or Outlook.com. For a phone alarm or task, open “Phone alarm or task” and copy the sentence.
Good to know
- For monthly bills, use the “Bill due” preset: an all-day reminder every month with an alert two days before.
- Reminders in another time zone (for a call abroad) are converted automatically by your calendar.
- Repeating reminders keep the same clock time when clocks change for daylight saving.
Questions
How do I add it to my iPhone?
Open this page in Safari, press “Apple Calendar / iPhone (.ics)”, then tap Add (or Add All) on the screen that appears. The reminder, its repeat and its alerts go into your Calendar app.
How do I add it on an Android phone?
Press “Add to Google Calendar”: the Google Calendar app or website opens with everything filled in; tap Save. The .ics file also works with Samsung Calendar and most other Android calendar apps.
Can it set an alarm or a task on my phone?
Websites are not allowed to set phone alarms or tasks directly, on Android or iPhone. Open “Phone alarm or task”: it writes the exact sentence to say (or type) to Siri or Google Assistant, such as “remind me to pay the bill on Friday at 6 PM”, which adds a task to Apple Reminders or Google Tasks, or sets an alarm in the Clock app.
Why does the Google link not include my alert time?
Google Calendar’s add link cannot carry alerts, so Google uses your usual default notification (often 10 or 30 minutes before). Change it after saving, or use the .ics file, which keeps the alerts you chose.
Is my reminder sent anywhere?
Not until you press a button. The Google and Outlook buttons open their own websites with your reminder in the link; the .ics file is made on your device.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
