Which effect hides things best?
A black bar is the only effect that removes the information completely. Strong pixelation and blur are safe for faces and plates, but light blur on large text can sometimes still be read.
Can I hide several areas?
Yes. Drag over as many areas as you like, each as a box or an oval. Undo last removes the most recent one.
Is my data private?
