Voice notes in OPUS or AMR, recordings in M4A, songs in FLAC or WAV that your car stereo will not play: convert them all to the format you need. Choose several files at once, pick MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, Opus or FLAC and the quality, and download them together as a ZIP. You can even drop in videos to save their sound.

Questions
Why does the first conversion take longer?
The video engine (ffmpeg, about 31 MB) downloads once when you start the first job; your browser keeps it for next time. After that, only your own device does the work: nothing is uploaded.
Which format should I pick?
MP3 plays everywhere. M4A (AAC) sounds a little better at the same size and suits iPhones. WAV and FLAC keep every detail (FLAC at about half the size of WAV). Opus is the most efficient for speech.
How do I make an iPhone ringtone?
Convert to M4A, keep it under 30 seconds (use Audio Trimmer first), then rename the file’s ending from .m4a to .m4r.
Is there a file size limit?
Everything happens in your browser’s memory, so very large files (over about 1 GB) may not fit, especially on phones. Trim or compress long recordings first; a computer handles bigger files than a phone.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your own browser: nothing you type or choose is uploaded to us or anyone else.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it. Light ads keep the site running.
